Enterprise Solved at ImageTag
Friday, September 12, 2008 10:01 AM
The challenge at ImageTag was “change”; roles were rapidly changing with regards to the development and delivery of the latest release of the KwikTag product.
The change started with the Software Development and QA teams adopting Agile as their team practice. Change would also be required for the rest of the organization as the new product would be sold and delivered in a new way. The new product would be a turn-key solution delivered on an appliance instead of a software implementation on a customer’s network. Enterprise Solved was brought in to help with the many departments impacted by these changes and to define the processes required for success.
The first step was to define the processes that would be in practice to support the Agile team. This included roles and responsibilities as well as build schedules and policies for the teams situated in two different time zones. Once the process was in place a framework was established to support continuous improvement. The positive impact was gradual and the team formed a cohesive unit with the ability to develop product at levels of quality and speed never seen at the organization.
The second step was to develop an Integrated Service Delivery Model which would serve as a process to manage the new way to sell and deploy the turn-key solution. The process would require an analysis of touch points with the customer with a positive customer experience being the primary objective. A thorough analysis of the various process inputs and outputs with sales, fulfillment, the hardware vendor, professional services, and support was conducted. Collaborative sessions were held with team members and process owners and business processes were defined accordingly.
“Enterprise Solved helped us very quickly transform from having inconsistent processes into an organization with a clear view of our processes and the ability to continuously improve performance over time,” stated Bobby Babbrah, Chief Technology Officer for ImageTag.
Baseline processes, which will continue to improve over time, were established. They provided the organization with:
  • New processes that will achieve specific outcomes
  • Clarified roles and accountability
  • The ability to identify process risk areas and manage them
  • Improved process and outcomes performance
  • A foundation to create, improve and/or maintain processes as part of Change Management related to the process activities
  • Assigned business process ownership
  • Training documentation for new or transferred team members
  • Visibility for Senior Management as to how actual processes are performed
  • The ability to identify future process visionaries who may be able to find better ways of performing or eliminating process tasks
“Enterprise Solved went above and beyond for ImageTag. They understood our challenges from an IT perspective and collaborated with us at a business level to plan and implement solutions,” concluded Mr. Babbrah.

Enterprise Solved 5 Years Strong For Law firm
Wednesday, November 21, 2007 10:12 AM

When George Terterian, ESQ., decided to modernize his firm in 2002 and go 'hi-tech' he didn't know where to start.  He knew that his firm needed to get rid of mounds of paper and implement a sophisticated  file management system. His requirements and budget were high level and he needed an integrated solution as fast as possible without disrupting the growing caseload. The ultimate vision was to be paperless.

His search landed him with his long-time friend John Achoukian, founder of Enterprise Solved LLC, who offered to assess the firm's requirements and evaluate solutions that would best meet them. Enterprise Solved LLC then stayed to implement the solution and perform customized training for the employees. That was in 2002.

A user-friendly solution was selected and integrated with the firm's business processes. Workload and scheduling conflict features were being utilized almost immediately. Files were now electronically indexed and rapidly retrievable.

The firm did not skip a beat in 2002. Best of all the firm is paperless to the extent laws and regulations allow in 2007.
